NYSCA FY2018 Guidelines will be posted January, 2017
The deadline for FY2018 NYSCA funding will be March 21, 2017 at 4:00 PM.
Below are basic instructions to apply for new grants from NYSCA.
Step 1: Register each new request on the NYSCA website
Applicants for new support must register all requests on the NYSCA website. To successfully register a request, organizations must, in this order:
After completing these three sections, the NYSCA website will generate a unique ‘Project ID’ for each successfully registered request. Applicants are required to include this ‘Project ID’ as part of each Grants Gateway application.

Step 2: Complete NYSCA’s application in the Grants Gateway Grant Opportunity Portal.
All applicants for new support must also complete an application on the Grants Gateway Grant Opportunity Portal for each request.
In order for applications to be considered for funding:
All successfully submitted applications will be reviewed and evaluated by NYSCA staff, advisory panels and Council. All new NYSCA contracts will be issued on or around January 1st and will have a January - December contract term. This is the period in which the funded activity must occur. Please plan accordingly.

NYSCA will offer webinars and training sessions about NYSCA’s online
application process. Once available, a schedule of webinars and training sessions and
other application resources will be available on NYSCA’s homepage.
