Prequalify through Grants Gateway

All NYSCA applicants must be Prequalified with New York State at the application deadline in order to be eligible for funding. Prequalification confirms organizations' fiscal and managerial capacity and integrity.

Returning applicants must ensure that their Document Vault is up to date and Prequalified. Update and submit your vault for review according to the steps below.

New applicants must register their organization in the Grants Gateway by mailing in a Grants Gateway Registration Form for Administrators according to the instructions found here, and create and submit a Document Vault, according to the steps outlined below.

Please submit your Grants Gateway Document Vault no later than five business days before the application deadline. If you submit after this date, NYSCA cannot guarantee any issues that arise during staff review will be resolved by the deadline.
