Billie Holiday Theater: 12 Angry Men...And Women - NEW

Watch season opener 12 Angry Men...and Women: The Weight of the Wait - performed and streamed live on NYC's first Black Lives Matter Mural in Bed-Stuy, organized by The Billie with over 100 visual artists and community members. The show includes select stories from the 2012 12 Angry Men: True Stories of Being a Black Man in America Today, as well as an original story focused on the killing of Breonna Taylor.

MCC Theater - NEW

MCC's signature Miscast event, where star performers take on roles in which they could never be cast, is now streaming and available to all through Sept. 17. Artists include Hamilton's Leslie Odom, Jr. and Phillipa Soo; Beanie Feldstein; Robert Fairchild; Adrienne Warren, and more.

Irish Repertory Theatre - NEW

Irish Rep's digital season opens Sept. 22 - Sept. 27 with Belfast Blues, written and performed by Geraldine Hughes. The autobiographical work is a tapestry of stories told from Hughes’ perspective as a little girl coming of age in the war-torn Belfast of the 1980s. After touring this acclaimed play for fifteen years, last year Hughes recorded its final performances.

Syracuse Stage - NEW

Syracuse Stage goes all-virtual for its fall season, starting with a new production of Lanford Wilson's romantic Talley's Folley starring Kate Hamill and Jason O'Connell. Performances will take place in November - stay tuned for details!

Geva Theatre Center - NEW

New York's largest regional theater reimagines its 2020-2021 season starting with Recognition Radio, An Audio Play Festival Celebrating Black Voices, running Oct. - Dec. and featuring four plays written and directed by Black artists that amplify a mosaic of Black stories. Specially crafted for an immersive listening experience. Dates and details will be announced soon.

Rochester Fringe Festival @ Home - NEW

This year's festival, Sept. 15-26, will feature more than 170 online productions, including Comedy, Dance, Kids Fringe, Multidisciplinary, Music, Spoken Word, Theatre, and Visual Art & Film. Shows range from the sublime to the ridiculous, from on-demand to live-streamed, and from amateur to world-renowned artists. Plus Fringe-curated selections: the world premiere of Cirque du Fringe: Quarantini and Bard-based drinking game Shotspeare.
